Very clean, very reasonable price point <$100/night. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Modern furnishings. Well lit parking lot. We stayed in Room #125 and the shower handle is broken amd it was difficult to get it turned for hot water. We were up at 7am and no breakfast. The bedside lights were very bright it would be an easy fix with warmer light bulbs. I would pick this motel above the rest, they clearly care about their customers.
We stopped her on a road trip and chose it for the low cost of the room compared to other motels in the area. The room is very sparse, but clean. No decor on the walls, but it has laminate flooring instead of carpet, which was nice. The water pressure in the shower was strong! Our room had a full size electric stove and a fridge that was not a full blown home model, but not a mini fridge. It had a legit freezer. The area felt safe, as did the motel itself. No noises. The only "complaint" would be the light just outside our unit was bright and there were no light blocking curtains in front of that window, only blinds.
This little motel is great! No it’s not a luxury hotel, but it doesn’t claim to be; we stayed in room 117, and the room was clean, big, had all the basics, powerful A/C, excellent water pressure, and the mattresses were firm but squishy - like a memory foam material. It was quiet and the room was dark when we laid down at night, 2 USB chargers on the wall plate by the beds. This was the perfect place for an overnight stay as we passed through Redding. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars for value - Thank you for a great stay!
The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. The Wi-Fi on other hand lacks speed.
My wife and I were visiting our son and his family in Redding and just needed an inexpensive stay for one night. We found the room very clean with all the amenities we needed. Enjoyed a very simple breakfast that was provided. We will be staying there again on our next visit.
Clean and comfortable. No frills breakfast that you heat up in your in your own microwave. Good sized mini fridge. Room and bathroom were renovated. I think it’s great value.
The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave which was convenient. They even give a to-go breakfast when you check-in, which is a frozen sandwich, coffee kit, yogurt and granola bar. The sandwich is not suitable for vegetarians but the rest of the things were handy. It is perfect for a night's stay and complete value for money.
